Shannon understands what it is like to stand in her client’s shoes. Relocating several times has afforded Shannon a sensitivity towards her client’s journey of buying or selling a home. Shannon grew up in Indianapolis, spent her twenties in Chicago, and ventured to California in her thirties. Her husband’s career as a UPS pilot and Shannon’s call to be closer to her Midwest roots brought them to Louisville.

After a decade of treating patients as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Shannon transitioned seamlessly into real estate, drawing upon her innate desire to help others. Her commitment to providing exceptional service, honed through years of assisting patients in achieving personal goals, now extends to helping her real estate clients fulfill their unique ambitions.

Since embarking on her real estate journey in 2019, Shannon has demonstrated remarkable success, with over $20 million in sales volume. She has extensive networks through Business Network International, Leading Real Estate companies of the World, as well as through her strong communities ties.

She enjoys helping other UPS families relocate to the area and attempts to foster community between UPS connections by hosting regular events within the community. As a fellow military spouse, Shannon understands the dynamic of frequent moves and is competent in Veteran benefits including the VA loan.  Lastly, Shannon is licensed in both Southern Indiana and Kentucky so can offer her expertise on both sides of the river.

As a personal endeavor, Shannon, alongside her husband, has cultivated a passion for real estate investing, specializing in short-term rentals across the country. Eager to share her expertise and experiences, she enjoys guiding others in the intricacies of real estate investing.

Whether you're buying, selling, or investing, Shannon is wholeheartedly committed to supporting her clients every step of the way, ensuring a smooth and successful real estate journey.
