Hi! My name is Nima, Growing up and fixing houses with my dad, I always knew a thing or two about Real Estate. I bought my first flipping project at 19 years old and now I currently live in it! However, I noticed I am missing something. Flipping homes wasn’t my area of interest. I have always had an ambition and drive to help my community because I knew I wanted to do something more than just making profits. So, I decided to get my Real Estates license and help people get their dream homes, while continuing my education at UofL and becoming a dentist who can put a happy smile on everyone! Asides that, I have been calling Louisville my home for the past 13 years! I love everything about the city; Churchill downs racing, the food, Bardstown road, and of course the Louisville Cardnials! I am an avid Cards Fan #L1C4! I would love to be able to make anybody’s home buying/selling journey, a memorable expereince, while ensuring to provide the care and commitments that my community deserves.
