Natasha moved to Louisville in 2002 from Southern California. She quickly fell in love with the warmth found in Kentuckians across the Commonwealth.Ā
While working on her degrees in Anthropology and Studio Art at the University of Louisville,Ā
Natasha worked at local restaurants including Lynnās Paradise Cafe, Mayan Cafe, and Eiderdown. After college, she started The Waffle & Crepe Co., where she collaborated with local farmers to source quality ingredients to top Belgian Liege waffles and crepes. After, she served as a manager at Zoom Group, a Louisville nonprofit helping individuals with disabilities find gainful employment.Ā
Natasha became interested in real estate after beginning a successful short-term and long-term rental business. Through renting her home in Germantown at competitive nightly rates, she was able to procure two other rental properties, in the same area, including her first live-in remodel project.Ā
In her free time, Natasha is interested in home decorating, remodeling, finding one-of-a-kind furniture at estate sales, and hiking with her rescued cockapoo and terrier, Mia and Quincy.Ā
Natasha is excited for the opportunity to help others buy their first homes and investment properties. Whether you are buying, selling, or investing in Kentucky, Natasha will be there for you, through every step of the process.
