Joey is a Louisville native with a passion for making this city a better place. 

He attended Morehead State University where he received his undergraduate in Communications and played on the school’s Baseball and Golf teams before earning his Master’s Degree in Sports Administration and Marketing. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Kentucky Derby Festival, Mack Family Foundation, and Manual High School’s Crimson Mission. 

Joey loves spending time with his wife Nikki & kids Jaden and Chloe, coaching baseball, playing golf & cheering on the University of Louisville Cardinals, Cincinnati Reds, & Cincinnati Bengals.
